Organisation Description
The FMR laboratory focuses on the synthesis and characterisation of actinide-containing materials, including plutonium and minor actinides. Research includes the study of thermodynamic and thermophysical properties of these materials across a wide temperature range, from very low temperatures (liquid helium) to very high temperatures (>4000 K).
