Organisation Description
The Centre for Nuclear Safety (CNS) is a state-of-the-art infrastructure inaugurated in 2016, dedicated to advancing safety and efficiency in nuclear power generation and radioactive waste management. It offers experimental and computational research, development, and technical support services to both industry and regulatory bodies at an international level. The facility includes hot cells, material and structural characterisation tools, bentonite laboratories, microscopy, and aerosol testing equipment designed for work with hot or radioactive materials. The centre is open for training, technical visits, and guest researchers.
