How are mentors and mentees matched?
We match based on goals, skills, interests and availability. The final say is done by the mentor and mentee at the end of their initial meeting during which they get to know each other.
What if the match is not right?
No problem — let us know whenever issues should arise and we’ll rematch you.
Is there a cost?
No. The programme is free for participants. Note: there is also no fee for mentors. However, both mentors and mentees can rely on the Mobility Programme, if its use is justified.
What support do we provide?
Report template, periodic check‑ins and general support for any question that may arise.
