Organisation Description

KIT INE offers a large set of state-of-the-art spectroscopy and microscopy instrumentation for radioactive sample analysis. Available techniques include alpha-, beta- and gamma-spectrometry, low-level liquid scintillation counting, element and isotope analysis, AAS, ICP-AES, ICP-MS, HR-ICP-MS, XRF, Raman spectroscopy, ESCA spectroscopy, time-resolved laser-fluorescence spectroscopy (TRLFS), laser-induced breakdown detection (LIBD), in-situ colloid detection, powder XRD, NMR, (E)SEM, FIB-SEM, AFM, and µ-CT.
